RE: Last trip of the season.....

Believe me, it was a tough decision to make. But the DW and I would hate for anything to go wrong with the lift system or roof, by using it much more. It will take a month just to get the parts here from the factory. I feel it will take longer than that.....Grrrrrrrrr :M

RE: Just Finished Up Our First Season With New Pup

Derek, We use 3" memory foam on top of each mattress to help in the comfort dept. The DW folds it up and stores it in the aisle for the trip home. The tarps you see people use are either Popup Gizmos or something similar. We use the Gizmos every trip, they help to keep the interior cooler and to keep bugs, tree sap, etc. off the canvas. Hopes this helps.

Last trip of the season.....

Well, all good things must come to an end. We will be heading to the Oregon coast this weekend before our PUP goes into the shop for repair. On August 22nd, while traveling to our favorite campground, an individual wasn't paying attention and rear ended our PUP. Although there's $2600+ worth of damage, the service dept. gave us the go ahead to enjoy it for one last time this season. After 33 nights of camping pleasure this year, we are already making reservations for next season. Happy camping everyone!

RE: Sway Bar

Yodel, this was what made me start thinking about getting one. Until we took the 101 from Bandon to Cape Lookout, we never thought we really needed one.

RE: Sway Bar

With the TV and PUP I have I never thought about needing a sway bar. After an 11 day trip along the Oregon Coast, with dips (bouncing), ruts and wind, will a sway bar help? It tows rather well until these are factored in.

RE: female gas quick connect to weber propane grill

Ok, now I'm totally confused :h We just got back from a week and a half trip with our newly purchased Weber Baby Q. It was hooked up to the high pressure outlet on our Niagara (that runs the outside high pressure stove). It seemed to work fine with the hose into the grill regulator. Was it safe to use it this way? If not, what should I do next time?

Weber Q100 Grill

Hi everyone, Just purchased one of these on several recommendations from here. One question.... No where in the manual does it mention seasoning the grill. Is it necessary? If so, how is it done? Thanks!

RE: So frustrating!

Reminds me of the time last winter when I went to the dealer to repair the vinyl flooring under warranty because it came from the factory with a nail poking through. Fleetwood wanted to compensate us with "goodies" instead of having to repair it. Needless to say, the flooring was replaced.:B

RE: Tire Pressure

Did you check the tire inflation sticker on the side of the trailer. It usually gives a TP for the tires at maximum trailer load. No, I took the info right off the tires.

Tire Pressure

What would you guys recommend the cold tire pressure should be at. The tires on the PUP are ST205/75D14. The Max is listed at 50lb. It's currently 45lbs.

Refrigerator fan help needed

I'm about to install a 12V fan to cool the refrigerator fins. I was wondering where to splice the fan wires into. There is a white plastic sheath marked 120V and one gray plastic sheath marked 12V. I cut a slit on the one marked 12V and inside are two brown wires (not labeled). Is this where I splice into? If not, any suggestions where? Pics would really help! Thanks!

RE: Replaced black water tank level probe - 07 Niagara

I purchased these http://www.rvelectronics.com.au/page.asp?parentid=3&parent2id=67 for my fresh and gray water tanks. They work great. I've been wondering how effective one would be for the black tank and how to install it.
